About Me
With 15+ years of experience turning complicated challenges into usable products and delightful experiences. As a founding member of the Kinexys design team at J.P. Morgan, I helped build the team and established its design practice, took a platform from 0 to 1, then scaled the design across 11+ products. My focus is emerging technology and innovating on new problems in competitive, highly regulated markets, where I work alongside product leaders to turn ambiguity into business results.

Clarity in complex systems. I take a logical, problem-solving approach, whether the problem is settlement flows or the Sunday crossword.

Facilitation as strategy. I use workshops to align product, engineering, business and clients early, so teams spend less time revisiting decisions.

Building alongside the team. I prototype, including with AI tools, so ideas get tested in days, not debated for weeks.
